These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ninth Orbit Systems website and the communication services we operate, including text messaging programs run on behalf of the local service businesses we serve. By using our website, submitting a form, or participating in our messaging programs, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
Ninth Orbit Systems builds and operates customer-communication and automation systems for local service businesses, such as missed-call follow-up, appointment scheduling communications, and review requests. When you contact a business we serve, Ninth Orbit Systems processes your communications on that business’s behalf.
SMS terms of service
Program description. Our messaging programs send service-related text messages, such as responses to missed calls, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders, to customers who have contacted a participating business or opted in through one of our forms. Customers who separately opt in to marketing messages may also receive occasional promotional texts, such as seasonal offers or returning-customer promotions.
Consent. You consent to receive text messages by providing your phone number and checking the consent box on one of our forms, or by initiating contact with a participating business. Consent to receive marketing text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with the business. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status and you will no longer receive SMS messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Information collected through the messaging program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Use of the website
You agree to use our website and forms only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting a form. You may not use our services to send spam, harass others, or interfere with the operation of the site.
Services and appointments
Ninth Orbit Systems facilitates communications between you and the businesses we serve. The services you book, such as plumbing or other home services, are provided by the participating business, not by Ninth Orbit Systems. Appointment times, pricing, and workmanship are the responsibility of the business performing the work.
